Unfortunately, GCI is currently experiencing difficulties in providing telephone services today. I have been on the phone for half the day in an effort to obtain assistance. All of my phone lines are currently down.
Notably, after being transferred the times, when I contacted the support team, they inquired about the internet services associated with my account. However, I do not have, nor have I ever had, internet services through GCI. I'm going to have to take a closer look at my bill again. Last time they were charging me for several services that I hadn't ordered.
Pray for me that a technician will be able to visit tomorrow.
