As PacRim Marketing Group celebrates its 35th anniversary this month, I’m also marking a personal milestone—my retirement. It has been an incredible journey in the travel and tourism industry, and I am deeply grateful for the talented professionals, partners, and friends who have shaped my career along the way.
PacRim has been home to some of the best and brightest, and I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our past and present team members. Your dedication and passion have been the driving force behind our success and growth.

I have full confidence in PacRim Marketing Group (Vector USA) and Vector Inc. under the leadership of our new CEO, Toshinari Katsura, alongside General Manager & CIO Jon Kaneshiro, Digital Marketing Manager Marc Erwin, and Integrated Marketing & PR Director Sae Kikuchi. PacRim Marketing Group Japan team had a booth at the Travel Solutions by Nikkei and Tourism Expo Japan to discuss inbound and outbound multilingual solutions. We met with clients, partners, friends, and prospective clients/partners and gained new insights on travel trends and technology. Japan inbound now open, and outbound is set to progressively increase. We are excited to help our partners drive business with our tools and new solutions. Great to be back in person even with masks.
