We are currently looking for someone to fill a role in Customer Service/Sales. Details below:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative that will greet and work with customers in the showroom, answer the phones and reply to emails. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, friendly and very personable. We are small family-run company that seeks individuals who work hard and can get along with our close group of employees.
The position would entail answering the phones and helping customers, replying to emails, working with customers in the showroom, and writing up Sales Orders. This job is Customer Service based but also involves Sales and Account Management. You will be taking orders from Customers and writing them up in our Workflow System. This is a desk job that does involve knowledge of computers. Based on experience and ability - there is also room to learn purchasing and minor accounting activities.
We offer vacation, 12 holidays, medical, dental and IRA matching. No nights, weekends or major holidays. Hours are very flexible. This is an office setting with your own desk, computer and phone.
