𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝟬%.

He did everything the instructions said. Imported the list. Created the email. Hit send. And then every single email skipped.

He thought he'd messed something up. Started second-guessing himself.

So I had him try something: **clone the campaign and send it again.**

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥.

Turns out there was a setting buried somewhere that didn't sync right the first time. Cloning it reset things behind the scenes. Same email. Same list. Second try. Success.

This is such a good reminder: if something breaks, the first move isn't to rebuild from scratch or assume you're the problem. Clone it. Try again. Sometimes it's just a hidden setting that needs to reset.

(And then we geeked out on IF/ELSE functions for the rest of the call because that's how we roll here.)

Learning Lounge was so good, you guys.

We had people on the call who've had their GHL account for months and still weren't sure where half the features were.

That's not their fault. GHL is massive. Nobody hands you a guide when you sign up.

So we just... walked through it. Screen share, demo account, no jargon. Here's where this is, here's what it does, here's why you'd use it.

One of the biggest "aha" moments was the Conversations tab. I showed everyone how it pulls in texts, emails, Instagram messages, and Facebook DMs all in one place. A few people had no idea that was even possible.

Another one: the Snippets feature. You can save any message you send repeatedly as a template and insert it with two clicks. One of the members said she'd been copying and pasting the same welcome email for a year. 🤦
