Creating artwork for shirts, banners, signs, logos, and other products takes time, skill, and professional design software. Our time is just as valuable as yours, and design fees help compensate us for the work required to prepare your project properly.

⚠️ AI-Generated Artwork:
If your image was created using AI, we cannot guarantee exactly how it will reproduce in print. AI images can contain hidden flaws, low-resolution areas, distorted details, or other issues that may only become noticeable when enlarged or printed.

We will always gladly review your submitted artwork and let you know if any edits or adjustments are recommended before printing. If corrections or design work are needed, we’ll provide the applicable fee before beginning.

🚨 IMPORTANT PICKUP NOTICE FROM DA OUTFITTERS 🚨

We truly appreciate every order placed with us, but we need your help.

We have a constant issue with completed orders sitting on our shelves for days or even weeks after customers have been notified they’re ready. As a small family-owned business with limited workspace and storage, we simply can’t continue using valuable production space to store completed orders indefinitely.

Effective immediately:

📦 Completed orders must be picked up within 36 hours of being notified they are ready unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

If you know you won’t be able to make it within 36 hours, that’s okay—just let us know ahead of time and we’ll be happy to make arrangements.

Please help us by:
✅ Picking up your order within 36 hours.
✅ Contacting us if you need additional time.
✅ Keeping your phone number and email up to date so you receive pickup notifications.

Orders that are not picked up within the 36-hour window and have no prior arrangements may be removed from our pickup shelves and considered abandoned therefore disposed of. We simply do not have the space to store completed orders long-term.
