Romie’s BBQ team wants to make your 4th of July even more delicious!
We are going to smoke 20 racks of baby back ribs that can be picked up on the 4th. Racks will be $25 per rack. We will be taking PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App, all orders must be paid up front. Seasoned and sauced, from the smoker to your table, it can’t get any easier than that !!!

It’s been a long weekend here at the Romie’s camp. We decided to go all out for the Senatobia Five Star Fest Cookoff. We entered 8 categories. Here are our 8 turn ins for this weekends competition. There’s some stiff competition here. Our head Grillmaster himself Jerome Roberson has really outdone himself with 5 of our 8. He carefully crafted fan favorites like Beef Rib burnt ends, His AMAZING BBQ Bologna, some delicious pork ribs, pulled pork & chicken that will leave you SPEACHLESS !! Katrinia Stringfellow Watson has 2 entries including her World Famous Ribeye steak & Bison Eggrolls. Michelle Roberson has entered her award winning Street Corn (Elote) recipe.

Big thanks to Big Bill & Bryan Watson for their help & their taste testing skills as well as Katelyn Haycraft for her help keeping things in order during turn ins.

Please wish us luck as we head to the awards Ceremony.

No matter what, we’re winners today. We’ve shared yet another great competition with our family & friends. Not to mention the new ones we’ve made. 👍🏽

WOW !!! What a day !! A second in pork and first in ribs… want to give a big thanks to Eric Johnson for another good year at Esperanza bonanza …. and a thanks to The Butcher's Block for their great selection of meat ….. and thanks to my man Mike Brinkman of Uncle Pookie BBQ for the, Classic BBQ Luv, which from what I heard it’s just a limited run, so get to Memphis Barbeque Supply and see Jimmy and get some while it lasts. Thanks for all the help guys !!!

Team Romie took 2nd place in ribs out of 26 teams today at the Lions Club Magnolia Double and received the Golden Ticket for the World championship cook in Fort Worth Texas. Big thanks to Katrinia Watson and Bill Watson for being on hand to support and help out.
