Zoom in on your logo. If it gets blurry — it's not ready for print.
We see it every week. A client sends over their logo, we open the file, and the first thing we do is zoom in. If the edges go soft and the text starts to pixelate, we know we're working with a low-resolution file.
What we need: vector files. Vector artwork is built on math, not pixels — which means it scales to any size without ever losing quality. Whether it's going on a pen or a 4XL jacket, a vector file delivers a clean, sharp result every time. These are the formats we're looking for: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or print-ready .PDF.
No vector file? No problem — but there is an art fee. If you only have a raster file or a low-res image, our art team can rebuild your logo in vector format. We do charge an art fee for this service, and we'll always let you know upfront. Once it's done, you'll have a print-ready file you can use forever — so it's worth it.
The best thing you can do before placing an order is check your files first. Send us your artwork and we'll take a look before you commit.
