I just want to give this warning to everyone who has ADT Alarm System. We have had them for over 11 years. Whenever a battery had to be changed they would come in and change it and send a nice bill. This year, our alarm went off and no one called. Then it happened again. I called them and found out they are aware of the fact our panel board and equipment need to be upgraded. (So I am figuring this is why they aren't monitoring anymore.) They didn't bother to get in touch with us to upgrade us, nothing, they just kept collecting our monthly fee at a higher rate, nor let us know that we weren't being monitored. Plus they have been holding a $94 credit for us for years. Never ever have they contacted us, nor sent us the money or gave us credit on a monthly bill. They just been holding the money. Now that I have cancelled our account with them, the credit is also cancelled.

SO don't do business with ADT they will just steal your money.

We have replaced their alarm system with something a lot less cost that is doing a better job.

🦀 Breaking News: We’ve Been Inspected by the Crustacean Coast Guard 🦀
Today we found this tiny hero who apparently clawed his way in from the bayou behind our shop.
We thought he came to order some business cards or maybe a custom stamp that says “Certified Fresh”...
But sadly, he didn’t survive the trip. 💀🦀

We’re pretty sure he died doing what he loved — inspecting high-quality printing.
Or maybe he just wanted to make a good impression. 😏

Either way, please pay your respects to our fallen crustacean coworker.
We’re considering putting his tiny claw on a stamp in his honor.
