Some Crucial Factors for Vietnam to Become a Happy Country.
In the last century, the Geneva Conference on Jul 21, 1954, divided Vietnam into two sides. Therefore, Vietnam has been in a terrible civil war. After the chaos in Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam, on Apr 30, 1975. The South Vietnam Government surrendered, and the North won. By that time, our Vietnam motherland had uniquely become a communist country in Southeast Asia. For nearly 50 years, Vietnam has been a country of a hundred million inhabitants. However, it has not been better than previously. With many problems faced and experienced in wars, Vietnam's communist country is going step by step to improve its economy, education, politics, and society. In 1995, Vietnam opened its way to following the Western economic model and made friendly diplomats with other countries worldwide. For that reason, another unique opportunity, in June 2024, the United States became a friendly country diplomat to Vietnam, which commonly integrates international communities as a comprehensive strategic partner. Nowadays, Vietnam follows the economics of the capitalist model to develop a country that is as willing as the Vietnamese people's expectations.
First, I will discuss the educational goals for people experiencing poverty in Vietnam. Vietnamese has been living around the world. More than five million people and half were refugees at the time the two regions of Vietnamese people were united. Most of living in the US. The primary income source for Vietnamese people in their homeland is from the US and other Western countries, where people can spare profits for families and relatives and support their government. In the meantime, the public education program in Vietnam is facing development because the national primary income source from tax is insufficient due to corruption in many national projects. As a result, it causes problems in the education environment to be complex and more challenging for poor students in Vietnam. On the other hand, the Vietnamese wealthy have chosen educational programs from developed countries in the West for their kids, such as England, France, Germany, Australia, and the US. That's why Vietnamese public education is in recession. Vietnam has no government financial aid or loan programs to help people pursue colleges and universities. Thus, the Vietnamese people should get together to improve the educational system of Vietnam.
Second, the Vietnam D**g, the VND, is a Vietnamese currency. Affected by war, a small country in Southeast Asia, Vietnam lacks technology and skills and doesn't produce anything for life. Based on a factor of 1.00 dollars per 25,000, VND caused investors to be unable to achieve their goals. Investment programs and investors do not choose Vietnam as a country for their businesses. Money laundering in Vietnam is a massive problem with the Communist model of bribery and corruption. In Vietnam, stock markets, investment, banking, and economics must be transparent. Most of the liquidity is US dollar bills and gold in domestic markets. Vietnamese monetary value is the secondary value of trading, which means that value restrictions are unacceptable worldwide. This obstacle to financial services from Vietnam’s government is due to the drop-down currency value based on exporting raw products and importing goods overseas. Similarly, some of Vietnam's stocks in the market sell domestically, and few are unsuccessful overseas. Hence, Vietnamese finance and monetarily are not strong enough to control themselves. In the United States, where American Vietnamese people live, they cannot buy and sell stock in markets from Vietnam as an investment in their country. The socialist-market-oriented economy model in Vietnam could not correctly work for Asians and worldwide. However, after the Communist Great Conference XIII, significant changes in Vietnam stepped forward to economic programs as a Capitalist model, and the United States, which country helped Vietnam to get better than it was in the past. Moreover, many businesses from China, a friendly nation in the north, have transferred their technology to Vietnam for production. Following that, some Asia nations have designed their ownership in Vietnam since 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic. The wages and salaries for workers and laborers are also lower than in other countries, which is the primary purpose for foreign investors in Vietnam.
Third, unlike the US government, the Vietnamese government's primary source of revenue does not have property and school taxes. Therefore, Vietnam’s government cannot support educational programs. Individual and corporate income taxes are not transparent through bribery and cheating programs, so poor students must go to work earlier. Benefit programs, social security, public utilities, retirement, and salaries for working people still depend on government income from taxpayers in Vietnam. That needs to be improved to develop Vietnam in more fields. Homeowners and landlords are the main problems of real estate and mortgages; farmers have lost their farms because the industry is rising, society makes more homeless, and there is a high unemployment rate. On the other hand, Vietnam’s government should have tax on properties and schools, which is the primary source of revenue as subside to support Vietnam’s Education. After 1975, more than a thousand nonprofit organizations must have left Vietnam because of distinct models of communism. Hence, natural disasters and climate change have happened, and Vietnamese people worldwide have got together to overcome them. Healthcare and public serving programs are stepping on the hills. Vietnam's lack of government tax programs. Although Vietnamese people pay less tax to their government, they don’t have any benefit programs from the Vietnamese government. Learners and students must pay their tuition and fees when they attend school. Most rich people have sent their children overseas for education. The lack of government leaders is causing personnel corruption, weakening Vietnam's society.
Fourth, by law, TV channels, radio programs, newspapers, and magazines are the connection forms invested in by Vietnam’s government only, and they must follow the communicational orientation without ideas and the participation of the people. People cannot be owners or make products if they do not have a permit from the government. Free speech, press offices, and nonprofit organizations are prohibited from being established in Vietnam. Vietnam's Constitution is a secondary one that stands behind the Communist Party's guidance. Thus, people must obey their policies, and personnel and policemen are the main power for leading people to follow. People in Vietnam cannot vote for their chosen candidates. Because of this, Vietnamese people have been using social networking on the Internet to share and address ideas. Their writings with critical opinions and distinct ideas will make speakers or writers pay fines, or they must go to jail by law. In many fields, personnel are a significant duty of the government. The distinct communist model is that people cannot vote for leaders. That’s why they cannot decide on the importance of Vietnam country. Only the Communist Party, with four million members, most of them can lead people to follow Communism. On the other hand, Fake certificates from their parties, schools, and a few critical government personnel led to Vietnam's drawbacks, bribery, and corruption. For more than ten years, anti-corruption programs of the Vietnamese government arrested more than a hundred thousand members of Vietnam's Communist Party.
Lastly, English has been used in the last two decades and is only an official language for students now. Differential, Vietnam’s government is willing its people to follow the social society model path of the Republic Social of Vietnam as the few fulfilled communist countries are nowadays. Russian and Chinese languages are taught in schools but are not universal in Vietnam. The lack of knowledge of people cannot lead to Vietnam becoming a developing country. That’s a big challenge in developing our homeland.
