In today's Bethel Grief Support Group, we explored the deep connection between grief, guilt, and regret. We focused on five key points to help manage these emotions: Recognizing and Acknowledging our feelings, Seeking Forgiveness, Learning and Growing from our experiences, Embracing God's Grace, and Moving Forward with Purpose. Through faith, understanding, and action, we can find peace and healing. Remember, God walks with us every step of the way, offering His infinite mercy and love.
