Level 2: Inconsistent clients—improving lead quality and leveraging automation.
Level 3: Limited growth—fine-tuning systems and scaling ads.
Level 4: Expansion—multi-locations, multi-services, optimizing systems.
There are 4 Levels of Business Growth
Level 1: No Leads, No Visibility
At this level, your business is essentially invisible. You’re not generating leads, and not enough people know who you are or what you offer. You’re not promoting your business consistently, and as a result, there’s little to no brand awareness. This is the foundational stage where many business owners find themselves stuck.
Level 2: Some Promotion, Inconsistent Clients
You’ve started to put yourself out there. You’re posting on social media, telling people about your business, and occasionally landing new clients. However, the flow of clients is not consistent, and you may find yourself on a revenue rollercoaster—sometimes things are good, but other times, not so much.
Level 3: Steady Clients, Limited Growth
By level 3, you have developed a steady flow of clientele and garnered positive reviews. You might even be running ads that are producing results. However, you’re not experiencing the growth you want. You feel like you’ve hit a plateau. Maybe something feels like it's missing, or perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed by trying to manage everything. This is often a sign that your backend systems or sales processes need fine-tuning.
Level 4: Scaling to Multi-Locations and Services
If you’ve reached level 4, you’re in a phase of expansion. You might be growing into multiple locations, adding new services, or managing a team of employees. At this level, your focus shifts to optimizing systems, managing resources, and sustaining growth. Many entrepreneurs at this stage are just one solid system away from achieving significant growth.
Different Needs for Different Levels
Each level requires a different approach and set of solutions:
Level 1: The primary goal is to generate lead flow, build brand awareness, gain followers, and start getting clients through the door.
Level 2: Now that you have some traction, it’s about improving lead quality and boosting client acquisition. Custom packages, an AI bot for automated booking, and lead nurturing through text, email, or social media can be game-changers.
Level 3: At this stage, it’s all about optimization. You’ve got the systems in place, but fine-tuning is needed. This might mean enhancing your sales process, adjusting your backend systems, or simply scaling your ad spend to drive more growth.
Level 4: For those at the highest level, the best move is to book a call with me. You may only be one system away from exponential growth.
Meeting You Where You Are
One of the biggest challenges is accurately identifying which level you’re at. Many people think they’re at Level 1 when they’re actually at Level 2. Others try to jump straight to Level 4 without mastering the fundamentals of the earlier stages.
For now, let’s focus on Level 1, as this is where many business owners find themselves stuck. If this sounds like you, there’s no need to worry—everyone starts somewhere, and I’m here to help guide you to the next level.
