Ok ,so we’ve received numerous
emails and phone calls about the upcoming change to the Texas LTC that will become permitless carry also known as the Constitutional Carry.

Yes the bill has passed the senate 18-13 , but the Governor still has to sign off on the new law before it becomes active, which could be next year.

This New Law will no longer
Require a person 21 and older to take an LTC course to carry a firearm,as long as the person is not a felon or prohibited by law .

Will MAGNUM SECURITY FORCE still offer the Ltc course?

YESssssss most definitely, especially for students who would like to know the laws in details when traveling to other states etc.

The bill would nix the requirement for Texans to obtain a license to carry handguns if they're not prohibited from possessing a gun.

*No Felonies

*No Class A or Class B misdemeanors in the past 5 yrs from the date of app.

*Must be a legal resident of Texas

*Must be at least 21 years of age

*Must complete the 4hr classroom course and firearm proficiency test.

*Must have 50 rounds of Brass Ammo/ you can purchase at the range.

Must have Ear/Eye Protection
Rent both at the range $16

* You don’t have a firearm no problem, one can be Rented from MSF for $10
