Today, I chose me.
Not out of selfishness—out of survival.
Out of growth.
Out of finally listening to what my soul has been asking for.
Choosing me means saying no without guilt.
Resting without explaining.
Protecting my peace like it matters—because it does.
I’ve spent enough time choosing what was convenient for others,
watering rooms I had outgrown,
and shrinking myself to keep the peace.
Not anymore.
Choosing me looks like honoring my needs, trusting my instincts, and moving in alignment—even when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s realizing that pouring into myself isn’t optional… it’s required.
And the truth is—when I choose me, everything else starts to fall into place.
If you needed permission today… this is it.
Choose you.
