I'm excited to be a host committee member and supporter of Louder Than Silence, benefitting Texas Forensic Nurse Examiners – Forensic Center of Excellence, which assists survivors across Texas. This inaugural community concert directly supports trauma-informed services for individuals impacted by sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking and other forms of interpersonal violence. TXFNE deploys highly trained forensic nurses directly to partner hospitals and medical facilities across Greater Houston, North Texas and San Antonio/Southwest Texas, ensuring survivors receive compassionate, specialized care when they need it most — often within 90 minutes of a call for help.
