In the past 5 years of business, I’ve experienced many ups, downs and sideways!!

From learning the very basics of structuring services, pricing and invoicing to building out a team, expanding my offers and downsizing too.

And if I’ve learned anything, it is this…

When you carry yourself with integrity and work from a place of service, the blessings show up by themselves.

I’ve had to make major shifts in my entrepreneurial journey the last year and a half, and to say I am grateful for my family and every client, every colleague, every friend and every contractor who was there throughout it all, would not be enough.

This business and everyone that has been in my life because of it have been the support system every entrepreneur should have and needs! You know who you are..tagging you in comments—Thank You!!

There is so much new in my life and in the works for TSC that this blessing is just a divine sign that more beautiful things are to come!

Strategic Content for Women Entrepreneurs

Jennifer Perez Medina is a University of Houston graduate with a background in news writing, editing and public relations. She has worked in the private and education sectors as a writer and PR specialist with over 12 years of communications, copy-writing and media experience.

She founded The Socially Connected, a consulting firm that focuses on strategic content for women entrepreneurs. Jennifer uses a combination of traditional PR methods and modern digital strategies to provide services such as social media strategy, content creation for social media platforms, and influencer and event marketing for women-owned businesses.

Jennifer believes that every business owner should build a company that makes them proud. She helps business owners to create a genuine connection with their audience so they can be seen and paid as a trust-worthy expert.

On her time off, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include micro-blogging, tasting new cocktails at local restaurants, crafting DIYs for her home and cheering her son at his baseball games on weekends. She’s an active member of the Women Helping Women 2 Network organization, Houston Latina Bloggers and an active volunteer of her son’s school PTA.
