✨ Day 2 at IDS National Convention | Las Vegas World Market Center ✨
Day 2 kicked off with an incredible session with Jaye Anna Mize of Future Snoops, a creative strategist, brand leader, and trend forecaster with more than a decade of experience and a passion for innovation, storytelling, and design.
Her session, “2027: The New Codes of Living,” gave us a fascinating look at where design, culture, and the way we live are headed. So many inspiring ideas to take home and think about as we continue to evolve as designers. 🔮✨
We then heard from Sharon L. Sherman, ASID, CKD, CID, NCIDQ, an award-winning interior designer, Certified Kitchen Designer, and founder of Thyme & Place Design.
Sharon shared her expertise on “The Business of Kitchen & Bath: Foundations That Fuel Profitability,” offering valuable insight into the business side of design and what it takes to create successful, functional, and beautiful spaces.
Sharon has helped homeowners, brands, and the design community transform living environments into spaces that inspire well-being, beauty, and functionality—and her passion for the industry truly came through in her presentation.
Two incredible speakers. Two very different perspectives. One amazing day of learning, inspiration, and growth. 💚
And we’re just getting started! ✨

✨ What a morning at IDS National Convention! ✨
We had the incredible opportunity to hear from two amazing speakers, Elizabeth Lord Levitt and Katie Decker-Erickson, and they each brought something so valuable to the room.
From construction essentials and going beyond the basics to creating a business that truly supports your life, both sessions were filled with insights that were not only educational, but incredibly inspirational and motivating.
It’s mornings like this that remind us why coming together as a design community matters so much. We’re learning, growing, challenging ourselves, and leaving with fresh ideas to bring back to our businesses and our clients. 💫
Thank you to both speakers for sharing your knowledge, experiences, and passion with us!
What an amazing way to start the day at IDS National Convention! 🩷
