We’ve changed how we service our clients and do our work this year so much! It’s part of creating an elevated experience and personalized service for our clients. One thing we changed was how we do our analytics reporting.

We used to pull the data and the account manager would create the report and send it to me for approval.

Now we get on a monthly call and discuss each client together. We discuss our findings, create solutions, feedback and suggest tests that we’d like to do on each account.

We don’t paper push anymore we take action with each of our clients!

Coleen and I met for our monthly client account review call and we left inspired and excited to implement new strategies tests new concepts and ideas and ultimately impact our clients business even further through every single piece of

Strategic Content we create for them!

Can’t wait to see even more evolution of our hands on approach in the next 6 months we have exciting changes that will impact our clients positively and our agency as well!

Oh and we did have snacks on the call too because if you know me I’m always snacky!

You do not have to do everything right in your marketing. But you do need to do the necessary things right.

Some of ya’ll are trying to do 5 platforms, 3 trends, daily posting, reels, carousels, stories, SEO, email marketing... with no real strategy holding any of it together.

No wonder you’re tired.

You do not need a giant budget to make an impact.
You need clear messaging.
You need content that actually speaks to your audience.
You need a reason behind what you are posting besides... well, everybody said I should be posting.

Because let’s be honest. Aesthetic content with no strategy still does not move the needle.

I’d rather see a business owner do a few intentional things really well than try to do all the things halfway.

Strong messaging.
Strategic content.
A clear call to action.
Consistency that actually has purpose behind it.

That is where momentum starts. The little things matter. Not because they are little.
