12 Ways to Boost Productivity that Make You Get More Done β
1. View goals daily.
πView your goals daily motivate you to work on them. Keep the goals in sight somewhere so you could see them all times.
2. Make a to-do list.
πSpend 5 minutes to write down all the tasks you need to do the next day. Be realistic to yourself, donβt put over 10 tasks that you even donβt have time to finish.
3. Focus on only one thing at a time.
πYou need to have a clear mind to concentrate on your work. Focus on one thing, spend time on it and get it done effectively. Switching from task to task will get you distracted and reduce efficiency.
4. Time Blocking.
πReserving the segment of time to do a certain thing makes you focus on one task at a time. Itβs just like setting a timer and deadline to complete the job.
5. Stay off electronic devices.
πTo stay away from the distraction, mute your cell phone. How can you keep a focus on work when your cell phone keeps beeping from the notification and then you get to check it out? Lots of them are not urgent. You may always get it back once you have done your work.
6. Set a time limit on social media.
πDid you ever plan to quickly browse on social media and it ended up spending an hour over there? Itβs not wise to spend that much of time looking on peopleβs gossips and finally, nothing of my work is done.

πThis only lets you feel fatigue. Thus, while you are already working over an hour, taking a 5-minute break away from your desk can recharge your brain and get you back renewed energy.
10. Meditation helps you focus.
