Winnie, the Founder and Chief Strategic Engine of TwinEngine, was honored at EO’s Global Leadership Conference (GLC) in Singapore. With over 18,000 members, the Entrepreneurs' Organization Winnie for her two decades of dedicated volunteer leadership, including roles from Communications Chair to Global Board Director. She has been a driving force behind key initiatives like the EO Purpose project and the launch of the new EO brand in 2020.

Her passion for supporting entrepreneurs, aligns perfectly with our mission at TwinEngine—to empower leaders and businesses to discover their purpose and impact.

Feeling off course in your business and brand as a leader journey?

When my sister Lorrie Brignac Lee and I were 11, our dad realized his lifelong dream of flying by buying a 4-seater, twin-engine plane. From building model airplanes to flying and fixing real ones, his journey taught us invaluable lessons about persistence and passion. We dedicate our mission of helping brands and the thought leaders that lead them stand out to our dad, Henry ‘Brig’ Brignac, who inspired and taught us that anything is possible – you have to learn to fly small planes before you can soar with the big ones.

One of our values is "We Care and Give Back" and are always looking for opportunities to make a difference. Last month, we partnered with Dave Burnett, to develop a strategy to help David Galbenski, Founder of the Living Liver Foundation and a liver transplant survivor, promote National Living Donor Day and his purpose to increase the number of liver transplants by raising awareness of living donor liver transplants = saving lives.

To spread the word, we developed a resource hub for transplant centers across the U.S. and national organizations like Transplant Life Foundation and American Kidney Foundation. One of the highlights of building awareness was the Philadelphia Phillies Living Donor Awareness Game, which captivated over 33,000 viewers and was broadcast over several news sites.
