17 years with Fossil Exhibits International. đź’śđź’š
It’s hard to believe that 17 years ago, I became the very first employee of Fossil Exhibits International as the company was being formed. Today, I have the incredible privilege of owning and leading this fabulous team that I am so proud to call mine.
What a journey it has been — and what I’ve learned along the way is that longevity in business isn’t about doing things the way they’ve always been done. It’s about evolving with the times, recognizing when change is needed, making adjustments, and continuing to move forward.
Our industry has changed. Technology has changed. Client expectations have changed. And Fossil has changed right along with them. We’ve learned, adapted, rebuilt when necessary, refocused when needed, and continued to grow.
One thing that hasn’t changed is how much I love what we do.
I still get excited watching a client’s vision go from a conversation, to a design, to something you can actually walk into on the trade show floor. There’s nothing quite like seeing it all come to life.
And none of it happens because of one person.
I’m incredibly grateful for the clients who have trusted me and Fossil with their brands over the years, and for our amazing employees, partners, vendors and crews who work together behind the scenes to make it happen.
From Fossil’s first employee to its owner and CEO, these 17 years have taught me a lot — including when to hold onto what works and when to have the courage to change what doesn’t.
I’m proud of where we’ve been, proud of the team we have today, and incredibly excited about where we’re going.
Here’s to 17 years — and to continuing to evolve, adapt and build the next chapter. 💜💚
Rebuild. Refocus. Grow.
