Your content is good. Nobody is buying.
You're posting consistently. Getting likes, maybe a few comments. But here's the thing... the people who actually need what you offer? They're reading and leaving.
Not because your content isn't valuable. They just don't trust you yet.
Your existing network engages because they already know you. They've worked with you, referred you, seen your results firsthand. So when you post something, they're quick to like it or share it.
But strangers scroll past the value and keep moving.
They need proof before they need your advice. And most of us skip that part entirely. We go straight from "here's who I am" to "here's how I can help you" without ever showing why they should listen in the first place.
I've been in transportation for 28 years, and I see this constantly. Someone's creating solid content about fleet management or body shop operations, sharing real insights... and getting zero inquiries. Because they're treating everyone like they're already a warm lead.
There's a sequence that actually works: Awareness, then credibility, then conversion.
Most people try to jump from the first to the last and wonder why their content isn't bringing in business.
If you want strangers to become clients, they need to see your track record before they care about your tips. Show them results you've driven, problems you've solved, years you've been doing this. Let them see the proof first.
Then your insights start landing differently.
Comment "proof" if you've been posting good content but not seeing it turn into actual revenue... you're not alone in this.
