Something I do not talk about enough:
My entire team went through this pivot with me.
And one of the biggest changes I made? I built SOPs - Standard Operating Procedures - around every moving part of the business.
Content. Podcast workflows. Lead generation. Analytics. Community support. Follow-up systems. All of it.
Then I attached real dollar metrics to time, labor, and resources.
Because if a team member does not understand what something costs and why the metric matters, they will never fully understand the weight of what the founder is carrying.
And even if it is just you and a VA right now, start anyway.
Create the metrics now. Track now. Document now. Build the systems now.
That is how businesses stop operating like survival mode side hustles and start functioning like real companies.
