To every Latina building a business, leading a team, raising a family, pursuing a dream, breaking barriers, or simply finding her voice: your presence matters. Your ideas matter. Your story matters.

May we continue supporting one another, creating opportunities, taking our seats at the table and making room for the next generation to sit beside us.

There’s something special about seeing your vision come to life through the people who believe in it.

Last week we gathered for our very first annual team meet & greet in our beautiful new office at Life Time Downtown Houston Greenstreet, and this photo represents so much more than a team photo, they represent passion, creativity, late nights, big ideas, and a group of incredible women who show up every day to help bring our clients’ visions to life.

Building a business isn’t about doing everything yourself. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who care about the mission just as much as you do.

To my amazing team, thank you for your dedication, your creativity, and for believing in what we’re building together. Every event we produce, every client we serve, and every milestone we celebrate is because of your hard work.

This is just the beginning. 🤍

Here’s to bigger dreams, unforgettable experiences, and continuing to build what moves business.

Allow me to reintroduce myself… 🤍

I’m Kattya.

A girl born in Mexico City with big dreams and a love for building things that bring people together.

I spent more than 15 years climbing the corporate ladder, learning everything I could about sales, marketing, logistics, and business development. I met incredible mentors, traveled the world, and learned what makes companies truly grow.

But three years ago, I took the biggest leap of my life.

I left corporate and started & Co.

Scary? Absolutely.
Worth it? Every single day.

Today, I get to wake up and help companies tell their stories through strategic marketing, unforgettable events, trade shows, and brand experiences.

It’s been a journey full of wins, setbacks, long nights, lessons, and so much gratitude.

If you’ve supported me, hired us, referred us, cheered us on, or simply followed along… thank you. ❤️

This is only the beginning.

Let’s build something amazing together.

✨ From vision to vibe, we build what moves business.
