A long-overdue congratulations to Sam Thigpen and the entire Sapphire Gas Solutions team! We’ve been catching up on all the excitement surrounding Sapphires recent growth, and these two acquisitions deserve a moment in the spotlight.

In August and September, Sapphire successfully closed its acquisitions of Spectrum LNG and EDGE LNG, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution. The deals expand Sapphires footprint across the Southwest and West Texas while adding domestic LNG production capabilities to its established natural gas transportation, delivery and regasification services. More than geographic expansion, these acquisitions represent a strategic step toward greater vertical integration, strengthening Sapphires ability to deliver reliable, flexible energy solutions and positioning the company for its next phase of growth.

Congratulations to Sam and the team on seeing both deals across the finish line. An exciting chapter lies ahead!

The Lakehouse is officially open!

McGrath Real Estate Partners has brought the signature amenity complex at Riceland to life, giving residents a new place to connect, recharge and enjoy the outdoors.

Overlooking Eagle Lake, the three-acre destination features a fitness center, community event space, resort-style pool, lakeside terrace, event lawn, playground and dog park. With approximately 300 families now living at Riceland and 407 homes completed or under construction, the 1,500-acre Mont Belvieu community continues to build momentum.

“Fredericksburg’s most anticipated new development, The Meuse, has lassoed in three new tenants. The 73,000 square foot retail and dining destination will welcome westernwear label , gourmet food company , and when it opens in 2027.”

This project has always been about more than retail. It’s about thoughtfully curating experiences that honor the past while introducing something new—without losing the charm that draws people here in the first place.

Honored to support McGrath Real Estate Partners as they celebrate another major milestone at Riceland in Mont Belvieu—the official groundbreaking of the Mill House, a 16,956-square-foot retail, dining, and office destination within Riceland Town Center.

Riceland Town Center is quickly becoming the civic and social heart of this community, with public green space, gathering areas, and thoughtfully curated commercial and dining experiences on the way. The Mill House marks the next exciting step in bringing that vision to life. Excited to make tenant announcements soon!

DC Partners unveil the first tenants at their remarkable 22-acre development, The Meuse. Joining this curated community are legendary Lucchese Bootmaker Company and Padre’s W**e Company.

The announcement adds more names to the much-anticipated mixed-use development near Fredericksburg’s Main Street. DC Partners announced in May that it will adopt the Kimpton name for the project’s hotel component.
