“Fredericksburg’s most anticipated new development, The Meuse, has lassoed in three new tenants. The 73,000 square foot retail and dining destination will welcome westernwear label , gourmet food company , and when it opens in 2027.”

This project has always been about more than retail. It’s about thoughtfully curating experiences that honor the past while introducing something new—without losing the charm that draws people here in the first place.

Honored to support McGrath Real Estate Partners as they celebrate another major milestone at Riceland in Mont Belvieu—the official groundbreaking of the Mill House, a 16,956-square-foot retail, dining, and office destination within Riceland Town Center.

Riceland Town Center is quickly becoming the civic and social heart of this community, with public green space, gathering areas, and thoughtfully curated commercial and dining experiences on the way. The Mill House marks the next exciting step in bringing that vision to life. Excited to make tenant announcements soon!

DC Partners unveil the first tenants at their remarkable 22-acre development, The Meuse. Joining this curated community are legendary Lucchese Bootmaker Company and Padre’s Wine Company.

The announcement adds more names to the much-anticipated mixed-use development near Fredericksburg’s Main Street. DC Partners announced in May that it will adopt the Kimpton name for the project’s hotel component.
