Job Description:
The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers through answering inbound customer service and order entry calls. You will ensure a unique and memorable customer experience while placing customer orders, answering questions and resolving inquiries with the utmost compassion, care sensitivity and accuracy. Customer service calls involve resolving customer issues, while order entry calls involve placing customer orders. Other aspects of the job include entering mail orders, communicating with other departments as needed, performing up sells and offering VIP memberships. No prior experience needed!
