A vague message that your team cannot explain won’t drive growth, generate new members, customers, clients, patrons, or subscribers for any credit union/business/organization.
Make your message clear. Highlight benefits. Eliminate pain points. Solve problems. Say what you do. Show how you help. And make sure your team understands it and can explain it.
