To all of my loyal customers, friends and potential clients….
I want to start out by extending my most sincere apologies for delays in orders, response times and shipping. This is not the brand I’ve worked so hard to build, and doesn’t hold up to the expectations I’ve set forth with my business.
Earlier this year, I accepted a new position with a wonderful new company, and that has taken more time away from my embroidery shop than I had planned.
Gear Jammer was my first show since started my new job, and I took a record number of orders, that I had planned to be complete by now. Unfortunately my original timeline has passed, but please know I am working hard to get these orders out as soon as possible.
All of my towels are made by me, and only me, in a bay I took over in my dad’s truck shop. I could outsource to speed up production, but that’s not the business model I grew. I take an immense amount of pride in making each towel by hand, adding final touches and making sure that every towel that gets shipped out is 1000% perfect.
I have chosen to stick to my plan and my integrity, and still continue to make them all myself, despite the delay in timing. I feel that is the best for my customers and myself.
For everyone who has continued to support my business, I want you to know that I am truly grateful for each and every one of you, and the patience and understanding you’ve shown.
Please accept my apologies, know your orders are coming, and will be the same quality they have always been. And thank you for sticking by me during this transition in my life and career. I am truly grateful and blessed to have such amazing customers and friends. I wouldn’t have these opportunities without you.
Xoxo - Cheryl
