Damaged pipes in the concrete can lead to a hefty amount of damages. Tearing out everything including the slab. Many policies if covered, have a very minimal amount of coverage. We have policies that have large limits of protection. Give us a call and let us see if we can better protect you.

Many of us are just now getting our lives back to “normal” after Harvey. I urge you to make sure your not uninsured or under insured. I myself have been through total loss three times. There are no limits to how many times life can happen to you! Protect yourself, Protect your family and investments.

And if it hasn’t happened to you yet, great. BUT, don’t rely on that to make your decision. The number of floods continue to increase and there are several factors that are in play. Keep in mind, Downtown is only about 50 ft above sea level, many other areas are lower than that, we are very near the coast where rainfall often is over 10” and we are constantly GROWING. MORE roads, MORE subdivisions, MORE shopping centers, MORE buildings. MORE concrete means LESS land to absorb water. Flood insurance is cheap and I assure you, if you ever need it, you’ll be glad you have it.

NOBODY wants to think about the reasons for having life insurance. However, we need to prepare for the financial stress to come. Again no one wants to think about this, I didn’t. I also wasn’t prepared to lose my 12 year old daughter. I wasn’t prepared to pay for funeral expenses and her burial but it had to be done. This being said I urge you to prepare yourself! Prepare yourself and your loved ones while it’s still just a fear of what could happen. Let Farmers protect you and your family w a life insurance policy today.
