Our goal is to provide a perfect environment for purchasing Promotional Products & Decorated Apparel, so our website and services have been developed with our Customers in mind. We're constantly updating our Web Site with New Products and Ideas as well as ways to improve upon the customers overall experience.
We not only provide Promotional Products, but we also offer Compelling Solutions that help the Customer choose and brand their Products for their Employees or their Clients.
Our website currently provides our Customers with easy navigation and various search options which guarantees that the end users shopping experience is both effortless and enjoyable.
Additionally, our goal at GGP is to help educate and provide our Clients with as much information as possible, thus allowing them to make the best decision and feel confident with their Purchase.
By providing a high-speed, user friendly website with top of the line Security and Reliability, we are able to ensure our Customers with Paramount Service.
We want our customers to have the ability to strengthen their existing relationships as well as new relationships with the items and brands they offer to their target audience.

Products and Pricing:
1) When a special order is requested, (and they are requested frequently) we ask the requester if the request is for a particular event, when and where the item is to be shipped and, if expedited freight is necessary. If it is, we provide estimated shipping costs and typically ask if the individual has authorization to have the item shipped with extra freight charges.
A special order may include a myriad of things. It may be a 24 hour turn around (which we can do), it might be fulfilling an order that does not meet the minimum requirements, it may include a number of drop ships to just a few, or to many different locations, it might be a request to help find product that is not already an item that is offered on our web site, it might be to return an item that was ordered incorrectly such as the wrong size or the wrong color. There are a lot of special requests that come through weekly. Our policy at GGP is to ensure that the Customer gets what they want, when they want it. Regardless of the request, we find a way to accommodate that person or hospital and make it happen.
We currently ship to every location in the U.S. in a timely manner. As stated above, we have the capability to ship a lot of our products within 24 hours when requested. We are very proud of our 99% on-time deliver rate. We not only ship directly to the Customer, but often times there is an event at an off site location, and we are requested to make the necessary arrangements with that facility to ensure that the product arrives within the window that is given so the order is there in time for the event. If it’s shipped too early, they will not receive it. So it’s crucial for us to make sure that we follow the parameters of the receiving facility so the product arrives within their time frame.
We do have an art department with an artist off site that does all of our artwork and design work.
