🐐 🐐 VOLUME UP! On June 1, we welcomed goats to Vermillion for some heavy duty kudzu meals! They should be here for a couple weeks, munching around the neighborhood.
Please don’t go near the electric fence, but do enjoy their presence.
From Vermillion HOA:
“They enjoy visitors and people talking to them and they do their job better if they have some company. It is good for them to become used to many different people visiting them.
They will generally be eating around the outside perimeter of the area first, and then moving into the trees as the vegetation is cleared on the outside. They are enjoying all the mulberries, raspberries, and honeysuckle right now. They will change up their diet throughout the day, moving from bushes to Kudzu, small trees, grass, etc.”
