I graduated Cum Laude, and was given the prestigious "Professional Promise" award from my department for that year as well. I have a Master in Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing, from Chapman University. There, I worked as a writing tutor in the writing center, and volunteered with TH

INK Together, teaching writing workshops to AVID students at Century High. I also volunteered teaching adults with developmental challenges. I passed the CBEST exam (for teaching) in 2016 and continue to work as a freelance copy writer currently.
