POV: there's a typo on your own website.

So you email your web guy. That was three weeks ago.

It's your website. You should be able to fix it yourself.

Now you can. Your own ChatGPT or Claude, connected to your site. You ask for the change, look at a preview, approve it. It's live.

We move your site, host it, protect it and set that up.

$97 a month. $300 setup. No contract. You own everything.

You paid Google for "plumber salary."

And "how to become a plumber." And "DIY drain cleaning." Zero customers, full budget spent.

That's the Google Ads lesson in Contractor Tycoon. Searches fly in and you sort them: real customers to the right (bid), job seekers and do-it-yourselfers to the left (negative keyword). Get it wrong and you watch the ad budget burn.

In real life: bid on searches with buying intent, add negative keywords like free, DIY, jobs and salary, and track calls and form fills as conversions so you know which words actually make money.

What's the last thing you asked ChatGPT or Claude to do for your business?

An email. A quote. A job post. A reply to a tough review.

Tell us below. We want to see how far people have taken it.

Buying 200 five-star reviews from a guy named ReviewKing247 is illegal now. Yes, really.

The FTC's rule banning fake reviews took effect in October 2024, and it comes with civil penalties. Google pulls them too.

So in Contractor Tycoon, the review lesson is a mini-game: happy customers throw gold stars, you drive the truck to catch them, and you dodge the purple fake-review bombs.

The real-life version takes 20 seconds a job. Text every happy customer your direct Google review link the same day, while they still love you. Then reply to every review, good or bad, calm and short. Future customers read your replies.

Voicemail... they hired Dave.

This is the Phone Frenzy mini-game from Contractor Tycoon. Phones ring all over town while you're on a roof. Every one you miss goes to voicemail, and a grey truck drives off with the customer.

The real version of this lesson comes from Harvard Business Review: companies that reached a lead within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify it as companies that waited one more hour.

The fix is boring and it works. Missed-call text-back. Instant reply on your web forms. Call back in minutes, not tomorrow.

"Welcome aboard! Your onboarding call is scheduled for three weeks from Tuesday."

If you've ever hired a marketing company, you've met these guys. So we put all of them in a video game.

SynergyMax Digital Solutions, with the 12-month contract and an account manager named Brayden who is always circling back. LeadzForSale.biz, where your exclusive lead was also sent to Dave, Steve and a guy in Ohio. Chaz's SEO Empire, run from a jet ski. Your nephew Tyler, who took a class.

Hire one in the game and watch what happens. Fire them and you get the real lesson: what to ask before you hire anyone. You own your website and ad accounts, month-to-month, and reports that show calls and booked jobs, not "impressions."

All parodies. Any resemblance is the whole industry's fault.

We built a video game for contractors.

It's called Contractor Tycoon. You start with one truck and a phone that never rings. Then you learn the eight things that actually make it ring: your Google Business Profile, reviews, a website that shows your phone number, local SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, AI search, and calling leads back fast.

Every lesson is a 30-second mini-game, then a quick quiz, then a card that tells you exactly what to do on your real business. Wrong answers cost you fake money instead of real money.

It's free. No signup, no email, no sales pitch. About 15 minutes.

Pick your trade and see if you can make the phone ring: baadigi.com/tools/contractor-tycoon

"Nothing, not Revivify, not ceramic, not film, is 100 percent protection."

A business owner saying that in his own press release. Mel Craig of Revivify America did exactly that last week.

Why it works: honest limits read as expertise. Customers, reviewers, and AI answer engines all trust a source more when it says what the product can't do. The competitor claiming "total protection" gets skipped.

Say what your service doesn't do. It's the cheapest trust signal you have.
