I saw the movie with my 29 year old son and my 80ish year old parents and we ALL loved it! I remember the day Off the Walk came out and the day Billie Jean started playing on MTV💜. And yes! I was a teenager in the 80s 💃🏽😇. I will be going to see this movie again and again. Not only was MJ a gifted musician, he was a not afraid to delegate and make sure he directed his professional path. He found people that believed in his vision and together they soared!! I’m watching the movie again to really focus on the business lessons from Michael Jackson. I am a fan for life!

Things are changing in my world and I wanted to be the first to tell you😎.

Change can sometimes feel strange. It can feel uncomfortable, and even unwanted. But for me change provides an opportunity to dive deeper into some projects that are already building traction in my business.

Building a community of professionals who are ready to take on a more strategic focus with their marketing, companies who have tremendous potential, but haven’t quite figured out the acceleration formula, is where my heart truly is.

So, I am stepping down from my role with BNI Alabama, and refocusing that time on expanding my membership group, The Multiplier Circle, and leaning more into coaching and consulting for groups ready to scale.

I leave with no regrets, only happy memories and grand experiences!!

So what’s next?

I’m looking to connect with organizations and teams needing communication guidance. The phrase, ‘marketing isn’t working for me’ ; or ‘I don’t really understand how Ai can help MY business 🧐’.

This week I did something I don’t normally do.
A friend — a fellow female entrepreneur — invited me to three events I would have never put on my own calendar.
I said yes anyway.
And I walked into rooms full of people I didn’t know, conversations I wasn’t expecting, and experiences I genuinely wasn’t prepared to enjoy as much as I did.
Here’s what I know now that I didn’t before:
Your next client might not be where you’ve always looked.
Your next collaborator might be in a room you almost skipped.
Your next opportunity might show up wearing a name tag at an event you “almost didn’t go to.”
Expanding your network doesn’t mean working the same rooms harder.
It means being willing to walk into new ones.
Say yes to the invite.
Show up as yourself.
Let people meet the real you — not the polished pitch version.
That’s where the magic actually happens.

It’s been a few days since I did a clarity walk and I was so excited to get out and get my walk done! I listed to an hour long podcast and I reached my destination before I even knew it 👏🏼. I’ve been working out and on this walk I discovered muscles I forgot I had. I was stronger, I had more stamina and I embraced everything I was feeling during that walk. I tuned out all the ‘noise’ in my life and focused on self care. When I talk time to improve me, everything else in my life benefits! When I got home, I created some automations with my Ai tools that allow my team to run more efficiently. I figured out a path toward a solution for one of my top clients. And I developed an automation to assist me in securing new opportunities. When I make time for me, EVERYTHING runs smoother💪🏽. BONUS: I’m down 5 lbs, too.
