Happy Monday!! 😀 ITS OUR 5TH ANNIVERSARY!!🎉

Phew.....it is hard to believe that 5 years has already flown by.....but here we are. And we are excited for the new opportunities that lie ahead!!

Statistically, only 50-51% of all new businesses ever reach their 5 year anniversary....so I will simply state, that I feel very blessed and full of gratitude to the clients who gave us the opportunity to serve them!

WE have made great strides in this brief amount of time! First, was proving that my formula to move clients from pages 5, 7 & 9 to page one.....Works....and in record time. We have moved companies like Woodall and Hoggle from pages 5 & 7 to page 1 in record time.....4 months! Another great success, Dean Commercial Real Estate who originally ranked on page 9, is also on page 1!!

Our formula for Social Media Posting.....well.....our clients pages are actually 'Recommended' by Facebook!! 😃

As with all businesses new innovations have required that we move with the times.....unto this endeavor, we not only offer high-performance GEO combined with SEO, but we also offer Custom AI Soluitions, to not only ensure that your company is recommended by AI, but also to keep your business ahead of the game with innovative processes to engage and capture potential clients.

Solemn Friday!! 😥 TODAY IS PATRIOT DAY AND NATIONAL DAY OF SERVICE & REMEMBRANCE!🙏

I will never forget watching the second plane fly into the South Tower........I was already reeling from watching the first one smoking and going up in flames. I was trying to fathom how this type of accident had occurred???

But then.....the plane struck the South Tower....I sat down hard.....dropped my purse, and my mouth fell open as the realization of what was occurring hit me.....This was not an accident.

There are too many Americans who did not witness this .....too many that do not remember the horrific terrorists attacks committed by Radical Islam.

TIME FRAME OF THE 9/11 ATTACKS:
Morning Timeline (All times in Eastern Daylight Time)
🔹7:59 AM – American Airlines Flight 11 takes off from Boston for Los Angeles.
🔹8:14 AM – United Airlines Flight 175 takes off from Boston for Los Angeles.
🔹8:14 AM – Contact is lost with Flight 11 and it is hijacked.
🔹8:20 AM – American Airlines Flight 77 takes off from Dulles International Airport for Los Angeles.
🔹8:42 AM – United Airlines Flight 93 takes off from Newark for San Francisco.
🔹8:42 AM – United Airlines Flight 175 is hijacked.
🔹8:46 AM – Flight 11 crashes into the North Tower (Floors 93–99) of the World Trade Center.
🔹9:03 AM – United Airlines Flight 175 crashes into the South Tower (Floors 77–85) of the World Trade Center.9:28 AM – United Airlines Flight 93 is hijacked over northern Ohio.
🔹9:37 AM – American Airlines Flight 77 crashes into the western side of the Pentagon

On this day, we remember....the innocent lives who were lost in these attacks. We honor the brave people who stepped in and helped....civilians, policemen and women, firemen and women.....the amazing service dogs who helped find so many!!

There were more .......EMT's, every person who worked in hospitals caring for the injured..... I don't know about you, but I will never forget.....for this should never happen again on American soil.

I am not 'Islamophobic"..... go to YouTube and watch the attacks for yourself.... They are not here to coexist......never will be.

I pray for our nation on this day, for we must achieve a clearer view of who we are and how to proceed to prevent our country from being overthrown!!

Labor Day is celebrated on the first Monday in September, to recognize the invaluable contributions of every American worker who adds to our nation’s strength and prosperity!

HISTORIC DEBATE?
Yes, surprisingly, there is a debate over whom actually founded this holiday originally? 🤔
VERSION I:
In this verision, credit is given to Matthew Maguire of the Central Labor Union, who proposed it after a successful New York City parade on September 5, 1882. VERSION II:
This verision credits, Peter J. McGuire of the American Federation of Labor, who suggested a September holiday to fill the long gap between July 4th and Thanksgiving.

Regardless of which Labor Union leader gets credit....Oregon was the first state to make it an official state holiday and observed Labor Day on the first Monday in September.

GREAT BENEFITS ATTRIBUTED TO THE LABOR MOVEMENT:
Before the labor movement, workers routinely logged 10- to 12-hour days, six days a week. Activists pushed for a balanced life, creating the standard workweek.

Happy Wednesday!! 😀 IT'S SELF-CARE AWARENESS MONTH!😊

It's hard to believe that September has already arrived ....it seems like yesterday that we just celebrated the New Year!!?? My mother mentioned to me....on more than one ocassion....that at some point in my life I would reach the 'generation-gap' age?

According to my Mom....that meant....instead of anticipating Christmas....Christmas would be upon me, as if time had somehow warped into the future and left me in it's dust. I am not quite positive how this actually occurs....perhaps there is a black hole involved ....scientists are not sharing how this happens....but, I will find out!! 😆

I think her point was...as we get older, time seems to fly by. We have so many different directions that we are moving in, it can become overwhelming. That is why it is super important that you are taking the time to practice Self-Care.

The entire month of September is dedicated to bringing awareness to setting aside time for your own 'self-care'! We often neglect our own wants and needs when we are caring for others whether that is our children, family or our business. It is easy to put others' needs before our own....but it is crucial to remember, that we cannot fill another cup if our vessel is empty!🤔 While getting a massage or getting away for the weekend are great examples of taking time for our own well-being, self-care can be more than that.

LITTLE WAYS TO PRACTICE SELF-CARE!
🤯TAKE A BRAIN BREAK:
Step away from your screens and do nothing for 5-10 minutes.
☕️REFRESH YOURSELF:
Mindfully sip a cup of hot tea..... or a glass of water.
🚶‍♀️GET MOVING:
Stand up.....stretch. Take a few minutes for some light yoga or better yet, step outside and take a walk for 10 minutes.
🌬️BREATHE:
Practice taking a few deep breaths.....imagine you are letting all of your stress out each time you exhale.
🚪SET BOUNDARIES:
It is 'okay' to say "no" . Whether you don't have time today or whether you are not in the mood....it is okay!!
🎶LISTEN TO MUSIC:
Put on a calming playlist or your favorite artist.
💦WASH YOUR FACE:
Yes, it sounds silly, but a cool splash of refreshing water on your face.....ahhhhh!! Can actually be reviving!!

These are easy things you can do daily....to give yourself a little pick-me up.....make a point to do them and above all....remember that having an "Attitude of Gratitude"....helps fill your own cup every single day!!
