FRIDAY FUN FACT: I seriously considered pursuing interior design as my career. With my dad being a contractor, I spent a lot of my childhood in work zones, and I felt led to pursue my love for design in an aspect that felt so natural to me. Obviously life took me a different route BUT it’s extra special and a full-circle moment when I get to work with interior designers!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

IS IT JUST ME or are the week days feeling a lot more like the weekend?! I mean minus the going out and hanging out. But we’re doing *wild* things every night like reading (!), playing virtual games with friends (!!), and actually binging some tv (!!!) — all of which we really only got to do on the weekends pre-quarantine.

After 15 days in Knox, we’re currently in route back to HSV (!!!) and I’m clinging to this song and hope and Jesus. Leaving my dad wasn’t easy and fear of his heart health/surgery recovery and this virus keep creeping in. Peace be still. Jesus, you are faithful. Help me to trust the Voice that speaks. 🖤

ZETUS LAPETUS (Name that movie! 😉) is truly AMAZING. I’ve been living in the ‘throwback’ category but also loved The Mandalorian and have a feeling it’s going to be SO good. High School Musical The Musical The Series was actually pretty cute too. 😆 And I cried 3 different times watching the 1st episode of The Imagineering Story. 😭

I’m always reminded of this when I go to a conference and am surrounded with authentic community (like at )!

That woman you admire on Instagram who seems to have it all together? She’s hustling. She still has doubts and insecurities. She’s giving her all. She’s still fails. She’s human too.

You aren’t the only person who has these feelings. That makes you human. That makes you real.

This minimal, modern mark is part of a brand that's so close to being completely shared with the world. Most clients I work with serve females. But this client serves both males and females, and because of that, I needed to make sure it was gender-neutral, while still being refined and personal. I love the feminine projects I get to work on daily, but this was a fun change-up and challenge.

✨ Happy launch day to one of the sweetest, most thoughtful people I know — ! It’s been a labor of love from so many people. I rarely accept booking that only need a website, but Jenna had a dream team of creatives to serve her from start to finish!

All the details:
I know how important details are to Jenna. And I wanted to pack as many subtle details in her website, while staying true to our design keywords. Jenna is know for her white-border Instagram feed (🤩) and I knew we should continue that theme to her website. Another favorite feature is her About Page (are you even surprised?! 😍) It perfectly showcases Jenna’s unique personality and strengths and even has a fun interactive section to tell viewers exactly what details fill up her heart the most.
