This award is a true reflection of Dean's dedication, creativity, and relentless drive to grow Innovative Foam Inc. into what it is today. Today we proudly celebrate 14 years of Innovative Foam!

What started as a vision 14 years ago has grown into something truly special. Along the way, we’ve faced challenges, embraced opportunities, and continuously pushed ourselves to improve — and every step of that journey has shaped who we are today.

The heart of Innovative Foam has always been our people. We are incredibly grateful for the hardworking, dedicated employees who bring their skill, passion, and commitment to excellence every single day. Your teamwork and drive are what make our success possible.

Over the years, we’ve experienced meaningful growth — expanding our capabilities, strengthening partnerships, and serving more customers than we ever imagined in those early days. None of it would have been possible without the trust of our clients and the effort of our team.
