We are looking for a new team member!
This is a part-time, contractor role that only requires an average of a couple hours a day. For someone interested in graphic design or social media management, additional hours may be available. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor email for order requests and process those orders. The product is primarily printed marketing materials. As part of the processing, you would customize the item (add the customer's contact information) to each item using Adobe Illustrator and send a proof, along with a final invoice, to the customer. Once they approve and pay for the item, you would need to generate the final, print-ready items in Illustrator and process the print order with the appropriate printing company.
Overall, the process is pretty simple and repeatable. Training is provided but a basic understanding of design software would be beneficial.
Pay is based on the number of orders processed and will fluctuate based on how many orders come in. There are typically only one or two orders per day, so the time spent is often only 1-3 hours/day, sometimes more and sometimes none.
This is great for someone looking to make some good extra cash while only putting in minimal time.
The hours are flexible but we do want to try and process orders within 12-24 hours of them coming in to ensure quality customer service. Must have a computer capable of running Adobe. We will provide the software.
