Today, the ELKS Lodge 2509, 1st Responder Committee had the privilege of reaching out to one of our schools. Addressing child hunger is an issue that resonates deeply with us. We are grateful to Chari for alerting us to this project. A Batman suitcase was raffled to raise funds, with the winner being Shana Terry. A presentation was made at the school to Principal Swisher, Assistant Principal Gehr, and Food Services Director Brian Harris.
