It was a jam packed few days at this multi day team retreat and content shoot 👀

We started our trip in Louisville on Wednesday with an all-day business planning and team retreat session. We went through our new branding, brand voice, core product, and workshopped our systems and processes.

Since our agency began, we’ve had a really strong focus on client experience so ensuring our team felt clear on what we delivered and how we delivered it was important to us.

We got up bright and early on Thursday for our first full day of filming in Louisville with , drove to Indianapolis for dinner that night and checked the team into their Air BnB.

Friday was another full day of filming at 4 different locations 😅 followed by a celebratory team dinner at Bodhi in Indy (if you know you know 😋)

Big shoutout to the team for their positive attitude and willingness to help make this such a success.

We can’t wait to share the final video with you all soon ☺️

Highly recommend flying your team to New York to see their work come to life 😍

We worked with this bar to deliver their :
- Branding (moodboard, logo, color palette, typography)
- Brand communications which included creative names and job descriptions for their staff
- A 5 foot neon sign (our submark truly brought to life)
- Bathroom signage
- Custom drawn wallpaper

The owner even got a custom suit printed with our design work.

Photographers: if you’re not showing off your work or portfolio, it’s going to be pretty dang hard to attract new clients.

While your social media presence and word-of-mouth recommendations might help to generate demand (remember your content strategy?!), it will ultimately be your website that helps convert potential clients into paying customers.

Regardless of the type of photographer you are, all Squarespace photography websites should have a portfolio to show off your work, information about packages, and a contact page.

▪️ Lodge Cast Iron has phenomenal engagement on Facebook with followers sharing recipes
