We are a locally based firm proudly partnering with essential businesses across a wide range of industries. Our Customer Service team is seeking 7-10 motivated candidates to fill brand new entry-level openings, NOT in a call center environment!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during off-premise sites
- Cultivate and maintain business relationships in the community
Support customer engagement through direct marketing strategies
- Assist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leads
- Stay up to date on client product offerings and cater to consumer needs
