Life got real today.
In the middle of caregiving, doing hospital runs, and barely holding onto my energy, I finally recorded the demo for Shae — the digital business partner who’s been carrying me through the heaviest season of my life.

I built Shae because there were days I didn’t know how I was going to keep my business alive.

God really showed out this week. 🙌🏽

What started as a health scare turned into a wake-up call wrapped in grace. The kind that reminds you to slow down, breathe deeper, and appreciate every single moment.

All the tests came back clear (praise God 🙏🏽), but those few days of waiting? They’ll change how you see everything. I found peace in prayer, strength in family, and a new sense of purpose that I didn’t even know I needed.

Sometimes God doesn’t remove the storm. He uses it to remind you who’s really in control. 💛

🙏 Grateful for another year of life! 🎉 Turning 49 has made me appreciate every moment and count every blessing. 🌟 After losing a close friend to Stage IV lung cancer recently, I'm reminded of the precious gift of life and the importance of living each day with purpose and gratitude. 💖

Though life may be more fragile than we'd like to realize, my faith gives me strength and hope. I trust that everything happens for a reason and that God has a plan for each of us. 🙌

🌷 So, today my intention is to choose to focus on the beauty of life and the love that surrounds me. I'm thankful for my family and friends (near and far) and the memories we create together. ❤️
