Energy

When we are completely happy, we also feel that we have more energy. That can translate into more productive days and enjoyment of day-to-day activities. Conversely, continual unhappiness and longing to be happy drain us. Although pleasure can lighten unhappy moments, happiness is the result of long-term meaning. Whenever we engage in work that we really love to do, we will always lose track of time and feel an abundance of energy.

City Barbecue Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit Secret Families of Hamilton County Till 10 p.m. today

Plan to enjoy a meal at City Barbecue in Fishers (9367 Ambleside Drive) till 10 p.m. today. City Barbecue is donating 25% of its proceeds from all scanned orders to help Secret Families Christmas Charity of Hamilton County.

Had an appointment with Adam Weber at Spinweb this morning. Made it within two minutes, but had to take detours to get to his office. Glad my car made it through the high water a few times. It's amazing what difference a few hours make. The sun is now out. Hopefully, it will dry things up.
