This is great news! Some really terrific new features—multi-cam editing, editing from an external drive & more.
It seems more & more people, for more & more reasons are using an iPad or other tablet as their main &/or mobile computer.
I use an 8” Fire tablet & all of its associated hardware ware: BT keyboard, mouse & speaker + a notebook, pens, etc… fits in a mid-size canvas bag.

Hmm... This reminds me of Avid Free DV, back in the 2002-04 days. Had the same limitations, regarding audio & video tracks, but everything else--transitions, titling, FX, etc... were all there. So, anyone looking for a pro quality video editor for free and if you can get by with 4 tracks for video and 8 stereo audio tracks, this could be just the thing for your next short or music video. Released this month.
