We’re looking for a Junior Sign Designer to join our team.
No sign industry experience? No worries! We can train you in everything you need to know about signs. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

A BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field is preferred, but if you have relevant experience, that will also be considered!

If you love design and want to learn how creative work turns into real-world signage, we’d love to hear from you!

This is Tommy! He is leaving this week for Italy to represent Indiana in the 2025 Special Olympics World Winter Games! He is a member of the Marion County-North East Special Olympics, competing in Alpine Skiing, and we met him today at the Polar Plunge where he showed us the shirt that he made to celebrate! Let’s wish him a huge “Good Luck!” 😊😊
