Going back through some old project photos and updating our website gallery and realized we never posted about this kitchen/first floor renovation and layout update. Removed a wall, expanded kitchen, all new flooring throughout...This was a BIG change!

OK. So *technically* her dads are actually who called for the kitchen re-design, but *literally* miss Sweet Pea may be my most favorite client of all time. Definitely the cutest, anyway 🤗😇🫛❤️

Recently completed this primary suite bathroom for one of our favorite repeat clients! They wanted to do away with the bathtub they never used to make room for a larger shower and upgraded finishes, throughout. We even managed to work in a few wishlist items like bidet with heated seat/blow dry, dimmable, touch-activated mirrors and a toasty towel warmer. What’s on your bathroom reno wishlist?

Finally got a chance to get back out East and photograph a recent project in Philadelphia. 🤩 This home was a “flip” in the truest sense of the word, where beautiful original details were covered up to appeal to mass market (before photos in comments). I’m SO happy my client could see its potential when she purchased and it was a joy to bring it back to its original glory in areas we could, plus add some modern amenities like black slate flooring with radiant heat system in the kitchen to warm things up. Bonus that this client (friend) is such a fun, full of life, risk-taking, individual who’s not afraid of bold choices and had an AMAZING art collection to enhance the design…the stuff dream clients are made of ❤️

What’s the saying?…”Time flies when you’re having fun”? Well, today is Eye4Design’s 10-year anniversary! 🎉🍾 Some days it seems like we just got started and some days it feels like we’ve been doing it FOREVER! But ALL days it feels like we have ✨THE BEST✨ clients in the business, so we wanted to look back on some of our favorite projects that brought us together over the years.

6:00-8:00am on Sundays are not our regular office hours, but when the project is a total refresh on a prime location retail shopping center on the busiest corner in town, you get things done when you can! A beautiful morning to photograph and measure for our client. 📸 Looking forward to seeing this one come to fruition!
