There’s a leadership training I went through recently that challenged me in a way I didn’t expect.
The biggest shift?
Realizing every event is neutral — and I get to decide how I respond.
That sounds simple, but it changed how I communicate at home and how I lead in business. It put responsibility back in my hands instead of reacting to circumstances.
It takes time. It’s an investment. It’s not for everyone.
