Satellite offices have opneded as follows: Grundy, Virginia, in October 1995; Escanaba, Michigan in June of 2006; Iron Mountain, Michigan in June of 2006; Connersville, Indiana in May of 2006.

Candidates must live in the state of Michigan.

Must have a pleasant and articulate speaking voice.
Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
Must have required equipment. The equipment required is a quiet working environment, a headset, high speed internet and a computer or laptop that is NOT a Chromebook, HP Stream or Mac. Those types of computers do not work with our system.

Supervisor needed in Iron Mountain for a nationally recognized market research company call center (no sales!). Shifts are a combination of evening and weekends.
Duties include but are not limited to preparing project set up prior to Interviewers arrival time, maintaining production rates and dialing rates for each job and Interviewer, budgeted hours on each job and coaching/counseling Interviewers for improved quality.
Must be an organized team leader, with strong follow-up skills, and computer literate. Criminal background check required.
