Worth the 10 year wait as officially opened to the public yesterday at 5pm with a 24-hour party. The 53,000 sq. ft. contemporary art museum feels both intimate in certain spaces and open in others; like the large 2nd floor open terrace capacity 75O. Cannot wait to see large scale installations and performance in the future.

Modern design by Culver City's , you can see the details in design, materials and transitions but maybe some inexperience in the area flow especially on busy nights like yesterday at 3am with 1,000 people in the museum. Great trial run for blockbuster future shows. Amazing addition to the and the Orange County, California cultural scene plus FREE Admission for 10 years
