5- By METHOD AND DISCIPLINE are to be understood the marshaling of the army in its proper subdivisions, the graduations of rank among the officers, the maintenance of roads by which supplies may reach the army, and the control of military expenditure.

What are the best marketing practices and solutions for a new Real- Time Location- Based mobile App?

Every new released mobile app need a marketing strategy and a successful marketing plan helps a new mobile app to gain more users and generate more data.

Specifically it's like "chicken and egg problem" for a real- time location based mobile app that provides specific information based on the current location: new users are not willing to join the mobile app because there is not enough information when a new app launched. On the other hand, there is not enough information in the system to feed users until people starting to use the mobile app and generate more data.

The questions is how a successful real- time location -based app can obtain users and keep the balance between users and data as well?
