What a special afternoon at the 22nd Annual 44 Women for Orangewood Scholarship Luncheon! Together, they surpassed their fundraising goal to support educational programs, grants and scholarships that empower young adults as they transition from foster care to adulthood. 🧡

The best part of our day usually starts the moment Joanna walks in. If you’ve visited our office, seen her on-site with Intertwined Events or volunteered alongside her at RAD Camp you know exactly what we mean. 🤍

Thank you to Goodwill of Orange County for shining a light on the way her presence, energy and heart have transformed our team. Joanna and her job coach, Vanessa, were placed with us through their Employment First Program, and they’ve been game changers ever since.

What they bring cannot be measured in tasks or titles. Joanna is the definition of connection, joy and a sense of togetherness that reaches every corner of our workplace, and her light reminds us what it means to truly love who you work with. She is proof that when people are given opportunity and support, they don’t just join a team, they elevate it in ways you can feel every single day.
